1. Registration & Payment
All registrations made through our website or via authorised representatives are considered final once payment is received. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful registration.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Customers must inform us via email at info@deendayalplotspalwal.com within 7 days of registration to request cancellation.
- Requests after 7 days of registration are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
- Processing charges (if any) will be deducted before issuing refunds.
4. Allocation Scenarios
- If allocation is unsuccessful, the registration amount is refundable.
- If you do not participate in, or cannot attend, the allocation process, you may request a refund within the 7-day cancellation window.
